— лук – 50 г
— картофель – 130 г
— вода – 1 л
— соль – по вкусу
— перец – по вкусу
— масло растительное – для жарки
Приготовление
1.
Подготовить ингредиенты. Произвольно нарезать овощи.2.
В сотейнике с маслом обжарить лук, через 2 минуты добавить морковь.3.
Еще через 2 минуты картофель, залить водой и готовить до готовности овощей.4.
