Ингредиенты:
Свинина-2 кг
Куркума-1 ч.л
Красная паприка-1 ч.л
Мускатный орех-1/3ч.л
Смесь трав по вкусу
Зира-1/2 ч.л
Чеснок-2 ч.л(или свежего 6 зубков)
Соль
Черева-2 метра
Приготовление:
Мелко нарезать свинину,добавить все специи и приправы.Оставить мариноваться на 3 часа. Череву(кишку) промыть и Начинить мясом. Можно обойтись и без мясорубки.Возьмите бутылку,отрежьте горлышко и вот вам приспособление для того,чтоб Начинить оболочку.
Программа На пару В мультиварке на 1,5 ч,обязательно проткните колбаску иголочкой В разных местах,чтоб не лопнула колбаса.
Затем Установить программу Жарка и обжарить с двух сторон.
